WJAC reported that police arrested 21 year old Qwante Rose for the deadly new years day shooting that killed 19 year old Jaydin Sanderson of Ferndale. Sanderson was found shot to death inside a car on new years day in Hornerstown. Police say that Rose and Anderson were seeing each other and had just attended a new years eve party before the shooting. Police say that rose confessed to shooting Anderson in the head, a detail that was not released by police, and they have a ballistics match to the gun used. Rose is charged with criminal homicide, aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.
