A report out of Harrisburg via channel 6 news indicates that acting Secretary of State in Pa Leigh Chapman says she has directed all counties on handling polling changes, processing mail in ballots and how to deal with voter intimidation. Chapman also stated that counties have been instructed to count all wrong dated and undated ballots. The U.S. Supreme court ruled 7-2 this week to overturn a lower court ruling that said undated ballots had to be counted from a judgeship race from last year. Chapman says she expects undated ballots to be included in officials election returns. Also, there will once again be no pre canvassing of any votes until election day arrives. Which means it is likely that Pennsylvania’s official vote count may not be known for several days.
