WJAC reports that authorities arrested 49 year old Timothy Tombs at a Cambria County rehab facility yesterday. Tombs is a suspect in an April incident in Altoona, where a person died from a drug overdose. Tombs is accused of giving those drugs to the victim numerous times, with the last delivery being the fatal one in April. When police arrived at Allegiance Rehab Center, they were refused entry by the center’s clinical director, Raheem Akmadir Nahsif. When police obtained a warrant, they found Tombs hiding inside a ceiling of a community room. Tombs was charged with drug delivery that caused a death. Meanwhile, Nahsif was charged with obstruction of law.
