WTAJ reports that police arrested 32 year old Ryan Vaughn after he tried to get into a house on the 1600 block of bell avenue. According to the report, Vaughn arrived at the house at 10pm to see a woman who lived at the house. The owner of the house told Vaughn to leave. He is then accused of breaking out a window on the homeowners car, and several windows on the back door of the residence. Police found a blood trail leading from the home to 1st avenue and 15th street where Vaughn was arrested. He later admitted to police that he broke out the windows. He was slurring his words and had poor motor skills when he was arrested. He is in jail, charged with attempted burglary and endangering the welfare of a child.
