A report by WTAJ indicates that police in State College have arrested 21 year old Zengyan Lai for allegedly stealing the debit card from a woman that he knew. The report says that Lai apparently used information he stole from the woman while he stayed at her student apartment over the summer. Police say that Lai racked up more than $5100 in stolen charges. Some of which were made at best buy. Police captured Lai after he returned to the store to pick up a purchase, and employees notified police of his presence. He is charged with accessing a device issued to another person and intimidating a witness.
