University officials now report that one man was taken into custody after a rally and show planned for the university was canceled for what Penn State called growing unrest. 23 year old Bram Woolley was arrested after he was caught in a confrontation with officers before a planned event featuring former proud boys founder Gavin McInnes was to have started. Woolley refused to abide by police officers orders to disperse from and area where the show was to have taken place. He is charged with disorderly conduct, failure to disperse and criminal trespassing.
