The Altoona Mirror reports that the state supreme court ruled that the case against Damien Green, who is charged with taking part in the murder of Devon Pfirsching will go back to county court. The justices ruled that the defense may continue to pursue getting the trial moved to family court. Green, along with 3 others were charged for killing Pfirsching in February of 2020. Green was 15 at the time of the killing, and his attorney says the case should be in family court. The lawyer says he can continue to appeal a ruling that green will be tried in adult court. That next step could be with the state superior court.
