A report by WTAJ indicates that police and rescue crews responded to a call about a traffic accident on Clay avenue and 13th street just after midnight Tuesday. The report says that a car had crashed and somehow ended up on a garage roof. First responders saw the car with one person apparently lying underneath the car. There was no fire or entrapment at the scene. The person at the scene was treated by ems personnel and taken from the scene. Rescuers then carefully removed the car from the garage.
