News reports indicate that several hundred people gathered for a rally to protest Penn State’s decision not to move forward with a planned racial justice center on campus. Instead of building a center, the university announced it will use that money to invest in diversity initiatives. Some school dept heads said that Penn State must act now to insure racial justice for all on campus.
