Police have announced that the 7 suspects who allegedly kidnapped 19 year old Hayden Garreffa, now are all charged with his murder. Garreffa was found dead several weekends ago in Brush Valley Twp. He was reported missing on October 20th, and was found 2 days later in a remote wooded area. Those charged are identified as Isasc Joel Buchkoski, Mia Shai Catalfano, Taylyn Nashell Edwards, Thomas Rivera, Summer Isabella Settlemyer and Jesse Lee Wadsworth all of Johnstown and Desean Alvarez of Hammond, Indiana. An 8th suspect who is a14 year old female, is also charged in the kidnapping case. Bail for all adult suspects been denied.
