WTAJ reports that police have arrested and charged Joshua and Alison Pennington of Lewistown for allegedly stealing more than $3300 worth or merchandise from the State College Walmart. The report indicates that the couple entered the store back in September, and collected over $1240 worth of merchandise, paid for 3 items and used a gift card, which was traced back to Joshua Pennington. In all, the couple was charged with repeat visits to Walmart, and stealing more than $3300 worth of items. Police also reported that the Pennington’s were involved in retail thefts at other Walmart locations. Both are charged with retail theft, conspiracy of retail theft and conspiracy to trespass.
