The Altoona Mirror reports that charges have been brought against guard Eric Dostal Jr, and 5 inmates, Delano Brown, Richard Ewing, Korey Sitton, John Jukes Jr and Kyler Luckadoo. They have all been charged with assaulting an inmate on September 15th. The victim first told police that it was the inmates who assaulted him after he apparently fell out of his bunk in his cell. He later told police that he was assaulted because his cellmate was reportedly running a commissary store from their cell, and the other inmates did not like that. The report says that Dostal had opened the victims cell door several times, which allegedly led to the assault.
