A report by WTAJ indicates that police arrested Stephen Woodbury last Thursday after they responded to a call for a property dispute on the 1800 block of 1st avenue. Police report that once they arrived at the scene, they discovered a large amount of individually packaged quantities of marijuana, cocaine, cannabis and other drug paraphenalia, along with over $4220 in cash. Woodbury was taken into custody and charged with possession with intent to deliver, and dealing in unlawful proceeds, along with other drug charges.. He is out after posting bail.
