The Altoona Mirror is reporting that discussions are underway to possibly form a new medical clinic for residents who live in the downtown Altoona towers, but it will take some time. People’s One Health co-founder Dr. Zane Gates said that the clinic will happen to help provide medical care for those in need. Senior Life Altoona is partnering up with People’s One Health in the potential venture. Dr. Gates said that many tower residents have problems with accessing outside medical care, a clinic would put it right inside the Green Avenue Tower. Many potential users of the clinic would have to join People’s One Health as a condition for using any potential clinic.
