According to a report by WTAJ, Lawrence Twp Police arrested 58 year old Connie Sue Mattix on charges that she was high at the Clearfield Walmart. Police say they were sent to the Walmart on Tuesday of this week for a suspected DUI. When questioned, Mattix reportedly told officers that she had just completed running the Boston marathon and was headed home, when she stopped at Walmart and began huffing Freon from parked cars, which turned out to be false. She was actually charged with driving under a controlled substance, and she stopped to get some fresh air. Mattix was charged with public drunkenness and DUI. She is in the Clearfield County lockup on $5000 bail
