A report by the Richland Twp police dept thru WJAC, indicates that they arrested 27 year old Christopher Ouellette and charged him with providing marijuana to a girl who was crying. The report indicates that Ouellette told the girl that the drug would help to calm her down. He also told officers that he and the girl had smoked marijuana together in the past, but he never provided the drug to the girl.
