In a report by WTAJ, both UPMC and Conemaugh Medical Center say that the threat of Covid, the regular yearly flu bug and RSV is pushing capacity limits within both medical systems. Officials say that with the return of the winter flu, and most of us getting back to out regular routines, there is concern for this triple flu threat. The most vulnerable are young children, young adults and the elderly. Entry to either medical system will not be denied according to the report. Doctors way that because of upcoming holiday family and business gatherings, there could be a surge in the number of flu cases.
