WJAC reports that 43 year old Warren Miller entered a plea of guilty to a charge of homicide by vehicle. The report indicates that on October 12, 2020 miller was driving through Greene Twp in Indiana county, when he crashed head on into a car coming in the opposite lane of traffic. Witnesses told police they saw miller driving erratically just before the crash. Police reported that miller was under the influence of both meth and marijuana at the time of the crash. The driver of the second car was rushed to Indiana memorial hospital but died after arrival. Miller plead guilty, and was sentenced to 7-19 years in state prison, followed by one year of probation.
