Details are few this morning, but the reports that are out indicate that a car went off the road in the area of East Loop and Locke Mountain roads and landed in the water next to the highway. EMS personnel said that then driver of the vehicle was the only one inside, and managed to get out of the vehicle. The driver was wet and cold, but otherwise seemed to be uninjured, but that was not confirmed by ems. Police don’t know what caused the driver to end up in the river, and are investigating
