The Altoona Mirror reports that the child is improving, according to state police in Ebensburg. The child was taken to UPMC Altoona back in December for the potential drug overdose, then had to be transferred to UPMC Childrens Hospital in Pittsburgh. Dillon Zack of Lilly has been charged in the case with felony child endangerment, and reckless endangerment. Zack was baby sitting the child on December 14th, when the overdose occurred. Zack reportedly told troopers that there were no drugs inside the house at the time of the incident. Zack is locked up in the Cambria County jail on $200,000 bail
