Mike Turner, who is the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee has asked the director of national intelligence to launch an investigation into the discovery of classified documents found over the weekend at an office that was used by Biden during his time as VP. Turner says this could put the President in violation of the Espionage and Presidential Records Acts. Biden did not answer questions from reporters yesterday about the documents. Turner said that these documents should have been protected, and this issue demands a full investigation. Biden called former President Trump irresponsible for the same matter, when federal agents seized alleged classified documents from his Florida home last year.
