According to PA State Police, they have charged Robert Croyle Rummel of Windber along with Matthew Weaver and Ashley Yourich of Johnstown for allegedly stealing $14,000 from M&K Truck Center of Windber. The report suggests that Rummel would tell prospective buyers to divert their payment to one of two bank accounts belonging to Weaver and Yourich. The company discovered the thefts after one of the customers called to say that he had not received the truck he purchased. All three suspects were arraigned for theft, corrupt organizations and criminal use of a communications device.
