A report in the Altoona Mirror says that courtroom officials had to take 21 year old Jordan Miller out of the courtroom for repeated violent outbursts, while confronting a testifying witness. Miller stands accused of selling a gun to Omedro Davis, who is one of four men involved in the shooting death of Devon Pfirsching in 2020. Davis and two other men are serving prison sentences for their roles in the homicide. Yesterday, Miller apparently screamed at the witness, identified as 20 year old Anthony Carriere III. Testimony indicated that miller allegedly sold the gun to davis, who in turn gave it to Owen Southerland, who fired the gun which killed Pfirsching. All 14 felony charges from yesterday’s hearing were bound over for trial in Blair County court.
