News reports indicate that a fire broke out at the Hidden Valley Ski Resort in Somerset County yesterday morning shortly before 8:00. The blaze broke out in the kitchen area, but was quickly extinguished by firefighters. The report says that 3 people did suffer smoke inhalation, and were taken to an area hospital. Hidden Valley was then closed due to the fire, and is scheduled to re-open today. Anyone that purchased tickets for yesterday can contact the resort about a refund. The cause is under investigation.
