A report by WJAC indicates that the convicted child sexual predator and abuser has filed yet another appeal in an effort to either get a new trial, or to be released from prison. The latest appeal is 137 pages long, and poses questions about many aspects of his case, and court proceedings. Sandusky is also claiming in his latest appeal that he did not receive a fair trial. Sandusky was convicted in 2012 of more than 40 counts of child sex abuse, and was sentenced to 30-60 years in prison. Another appeal in federal court is pending, based on the resolution of issues now before the county court system.
