Police say that they arrested 39 year old Luke Bartholow for allegedly telling a woman that he was going to walk in to the Bedford County courthouse, pull a string and set off a bomb. The report also says that Bedford County Sheriff Wayne Emerick was the alleged intended target of Bartholow, after he repeatedly ignored a protection from abuse order. The woman contacted police and said she recorded Bartholow saying he was going to walk into the courthouse and set of a bomb, and everyone inside would die. Bartholow was arrested last Friday and placed in the county jail on charges of making terroristic threats and placement of a bomb.
