According to Loretto Borough police and a report by WTAJ, police have charged 20 year old Marcel Mami of Maryland and 20 year old Duante White of New Jersey with rape. The two are suspected of raping a woman last February. The investigation began last July, and police arrested the two suspects. The victim told police that she was raped by both men at the same time while all three attended a house party. Mami is charged with rape by forcible compulsion and unlawful restraint. White is charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse also by forcible compulsion and unlawful restraint. Both are housed in the Cambria County jail on $75,000 cash bail each.
