An Altoona Mirror report states that President Judge Elizabeth Doyle has told the state Superior Court that Damien Green should be tried in juvenile court for his role in the shooting death of Devon Pfirsching. The report points out that Judge Doyle missed a deadline last year for a ruling to transfer the case to juvenile court. Blair County D.A. Pete weeks and assistant D.A. Nichole SmIth filed an immediate appeal last march after Judge Doyle filed her opinion after missing the deadline. Green is the last of four teenagers that will stand trial for the killing. The other three are serving jail time.
