News reports indicate that police arrested 47 year old Mike Brecht on drug possession charges. Police report they searched Brecht’s home around 1:45 am on Friday, and found he was allegedly in possession of methamphetamines, LSD, tainted mushrooms, marijuana, drug paraphenalia and $1630 in cash. No other details were relased. Brecht is locked up in the Blair County jail after he could not post bail that was set at $50,000. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for February 8th.
