WJAC reports that police have charged 24 year old Jonathan Rissler of New Enterprise with sexually touching a young girl beginning in 2018 and lasting until 2020. The victim claims that Rissler assaulted her inside a barn along Brumbaugh Road. The victim told police that Rissler would undress her and tell her how to perform sexual acts. According to police, the victim was 12 years old when the alleged assaults began. Rissler told state troopers that he assaulted the girl out of curiosity. Rissler is charged with corruption of minors, unlawful contact with a minor, indecent assault and indecent exposure.
