But that is the case in Bedford County. Television news reports indicate that Beb Baughman and Matt Wilt announced yesterday they will,run together for Bedford county commissioner. Baughman is seeking a second term in office, which she says would be her last if elected. The reason, to finish projects now underway and to prepare for future commissioners to take over. Wilt is currently a political science and legal studies major at Elizabettown College, but lives in west providence township. Wilt says he wants to bring a fresh younger face to the board of commissioners.
