Both Forest Hills and St. Marys school districts are dealing with threats that school officials in both districts received. Yesterday, st. Mary’s school officials say they received a threat during the school day and continued on with the school day. Police were sent to the school and it was deemed that the threat was not credible, but parents were still concerned about not being notified. At forest hills, a threat was received over last weekend, but that threat did not directly involve the school and was deemed not to be credible. More police presence will be found in forest hills schools over the coming days. The district stated publicly that all threats are taken seriously and the district will act accordingly.
