Scott Barger, who owned WRTA and hosted a daily talk show, will announce tonite that he will run for county commissioner. Barger is set to make the formal announcement at Imlers Poultry in Duncansville at a reception scheduled between 6:00-7:30 pm. Pastor Gary Dull and former WRTA talk show host and state representative John McGinnis will be guest speakers. Rickie Lee will be on hand to provide musical entertainment.
