WTAJ reports that 45 year old Paul Hetrick will turn in his resignation to the school board, and will be effective today. Hetrick is facing a mountain of legal troubles, including a conviction for DUI and continued sexual harassment of a former co-worker. In a statement, Hetrick informed the board that his ongoing legal issues in his personal life have become a distraction, and will not put anyone through any further difficulty. Hetrick has been under court sentence since the fall for DUI and repeated violations from PFA’s levied against him. He has been on administrative leave since mid December.
