WJAC reports that police in Martinsburg have filed charges against 58 year old Anthony Richardson for allegedly causing a crash along piney creek road, Rt 866 and Stultz Lane back on July 13th 2019. The report says that Richardson was driving on the roadway, when a witness told police that he swerved sharply into the oncoming lane of traffic, colliding with another car. Richardson allegedly told police the back of his truck locked up, causing him to swerve. After investigating that claim, it was determined that the truck did not lock up. Richardson was also caught driving without a license, and the truck he was driving didn’t belong to him and he did not have permission to drive it. He is charged with felony accident involving death or injury
