The Altoona Mirror report that a hearing for Onya Lewis and Isiah Payne has been pushed back a week due to an outbreak of Covid 19 at the Blair County prison. The hearing was scheduled for yesterday, but Senior Judge Tim Sullivan pushed the hearing back a week so that both suspects could attend in person. Payne and Lewis are charged with the double homicide of Natalie Washington and Mikal Stevenson in 2020. Both victims were shot to death inside Washington’s Beale avenue apartment. The victims were killed over drug dealings, where Payne claims that all 3 were involved with, and that he thought his life was in danger.
