A new report by WJAC indicates that Sandusky has filed yet another appeal asking again for a new trial. The 580 page document was sent to the Centre Coutny courthouse by his attorneys. Sandusky has been denied a new trial before, but now he claims that a young man who claims Sandusky molested him, told police early in the investigation that Sandusky did nothing wrong. Sandusky was convicted of 40 counts of sexual abuse of children and sentenced to 30-60 years in state prison. The defense is also claiming that a meeting between the trial judge and attorneys that took place in 2011 was highly irregular and did not allow adequate time for the defense to prepare for trial. His lawyers also claim that they want to present an expert that deals with repressed memories, claiming that other Sandusky victims have like stores of saying that Sandusky did nothing wrong.
