The Altoona Mirror reports that 32 year old Caleb Runkle of Martinsburg entered guilty pleas on Friday to charges that he inappropriately touched a 6 year old girl. Runkle was arrested in 2021 for putting his hand inside the victims shorts and rubbing her groin area. Runkle denied the victims claims, but he reportedly did admit to police that he might have unintentionally put his hand inside her shorts. He was sentenced on charges of corruption of minors and indecent assault of a child less than 13 years of age. He will spend 6 months-2 years behind bars. He is already a tier i sex offender and is registered on the statewide sex offender registry.
