Authorities with the Johnstown Police Department say a woman is facing multiple theft related charges, accused of stealing over $32,000 in lottery tickets from a local convenience store. Police were contacted in November to investigate a reported theft at the Cogos/BP store located along Bedford Street. The store’s management accused an employee, identified as 25-year-old Mikayla Kosis, of stealing scratch-off tickets.
