Police report they arrested 27 year old Sean Castaphney on drug and gun charges this week. Altoona police say that they picked up Castaphney on two separate warrants from both state police and the pa. Attorney general’s office. Police reported they found a handgun, suspected meth, heroin and fentanl in Castaphney’s possession inside a home where he was arrested. Castaphney is now facing more charges related to his arrest and other cases. He is locked up in the Blair County jail on $50,000 bail. The office of the U.S. Marshals also assisted with this case.
