WTAJ reports police arrested both Billy and Zeferina McKeown for living in unsanitary conditions with their kids. According to the report, the house was cluttered with animal waste, insects, chickens living in cages and the house itself has structural deficiencies. Probation agents alerted police to the home after they did an inspection on a recent visit. The city codes department says the house will be condemned for its terrible conditions. The McKeown’s were charged with endangering the welfare of children and were placed in the Blair County jail on $10,000 bond each.
