According to a report by WTAJ, police have arrested 25 year old Mikayla Kosis and charged her with stealing PA. Lottery scratch off tickets from a BP gas station and store in Johnstown. Police say that Kosis is accused of stealing some $32,600 worth of tickets from the Bedford Street store, and that she was caught on store surveillance cameras taking the rolls of tickets. Police also say that Kosis was seen scratching off the tickets on the cameras as well. A store manager said that a large number of tickets were activated at one time, so he checked the video footage, where he discovered the alleged theft. Kosis is charged with theft and receiving stolen property. She is in the Cambria County jail on $50,000 bail.
