According to a report by WTAJ, police have charged 27 year old Dylon Gardner with burglarizing two businesses in August and September of last year. Gardner was allegedly caught on video trying to break into 5 Star Power Sports in August, and Spring Meadow Car Wash in September. Police said that nothing was taken from 5 star, but Gardner allegedly stole money from the car wash. Gardner is also charged with a burglary at Penn Turf where $2300 was stolen, and $25,000 worth of tools taken from JLS Construction, both in 2022. Gardner is charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief for the latest set of charges.
