According to Rockview State Police, they have charged 24 year old Kevin Darby of Lock Haven for allegedly ramming his black 2007 hummer into a residence on Liberty Street last Saturday morning. According to police reports, Darby is accused of trying to break into the home, then using his vehicle to smash out the door and wall of the front of the home, then left after several unsuccessful attempts. Troopers said that Darby had lived in the home sometime during 2022 and was asked to leave. The homeowners identified Darby by voice recognition. He was arrested and charged with numerous crimes and is locked up in the Centre County jail on $140,000 bond.
