Police report they arrested 41 year old Victor Kealey of Saltsburg for allegedly stabbing a woman at the Cambridge of Ebensburg Senior Living parking lot on Wednesday afternoon. Police report the woman called 911 to report being stabbed by Kealey after she allegedly told him that she did not have jumper cables. Police discovered the victim had blood around her mouth, and Kealey was sitting in his car nearby. Kealey allegedly told officers to shoot him because they knew what he had done. Kealey had to be tased before being taken into custody because he reportedly approached officers with knives. He is charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, harassment and making terroristic threats.
