In a scathing statement released, the AG says that the latest attempt for an appeal is nothing more than noise and clutter, and that Sandusky’s accusations against the judge at his trial are just character assassinations. Sandusky is also claiming to have new evidence that his accusers were coaxed and coached to accuse him of sexual abuse. The office responded to the latest appeal as just an attempt to discredit the young men whom he abused. Sandusky is serving 30-60 years.
