Police report that Mitchell Teeter of Nanty Glo was driving hjs car along Rt. 271 in Blacklick Twp Monday afternoon just after 5 pm, when he crossed over the center line and collided with a car head on. Teeter was killed instantly. A 6 year old passenger in the second car was severly injured, and had to be flown to UPMC Chlidrens Hospital for treatment. But police have reported the child died from those injuries. The second driver, who remains unidentified was taken to Conemaugh Hospital. Ebensburg and Somerset state police continue to investigate.
