The Altoona Mirror reports that the case against Damien Green is set for Blair County court, after the state supreme court sent the case back to Blair County last October. But the case is still on hold, because of a planned appeal to the superior court. That appeal deals with the argument of whether the case against green should be tried in adult or juvenile court. Green is one of four teens who were involved in the 2020 murder of Devon Pfirsching. Green has been locked up, since his arrest in February 2020 and is now 19 years old. He is facing charges of 2nd degree murder, criminal conspiracy to commit robbery among other charges. 3 others involved are all serving prison sentences.
