A report by WTAJ indicates charges have been filed against 25 year old Noah Hess for allegedly stealing some $800 worth of tools and a four wheeler from a Huntingdon County residence last July. Hess is already locked up in the Blair county prison for allegedly selling heroin to a police informant in Altoona also last July. Police in Huntingdon say they have Hess’s fingerprint on a window of the garage he allgedly broke into. The new charges include burglary, criminal trespass and theft by unlawful taking, theft and criminal mischief.
