A report by the Altoona Mirror indicates that Chrsitine Jordan, who was arrested in 2021 says she wants a jury trial to face the charges of stealing a car that she thought belonged to her ex husband and her. The reports states that Jordan is accused of entering the unlocked house of her ex in December 2020, and taking a set of keys that matched to the vehicle she thought was in her name. Upon investigation police say that Jordan’s name was not on the title. Jordan still claims that the keys belong to her. Jordan was given the chance to plead out, but told Judge Elizabeth Doyle she wants a jury trial. That was supposed to begin yesterday, but Jordan failed to show up in court due to illness.
